Schedule your Site Visit to determine feasibility, access, placement and service connection requirements, and reserve the date with a non-refundable deposit of $750.

Our experts conduct a comprehensive site visit to assess the location and create a tailored checklist for your project.

Step 5

Our team will then provide you with the detailed 3d Renderings, a Design and Specifications Package, a Cost to Install Quote, and the Purchase Contract.

• Collaborate with our designers to create a custom modular home that meets your unique requirements and aesthetic preferences.

• Receive a detailed quote outlining the scope of your project, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing and deliverables.

• Review and sign the contract, which includes a clear fee schedule, to formalize the project terms and timelines.

• Benefit from our expertise in navigating financing options and grant opportunities to support your investment.

Step 6

Upon satisfactory review of the documents and signing of contract a deposit of $19,250 will reserve your spot in our production and installation schedules.

Step 7

When your scheduled production start date arrives, a deposit of $128,500 will green light construction.

We provide a structured production schedule, offering you insight into each stage of your home's construction.

Step 8

Once your Home has been completed and quality controlled, you can choose to visit our facility, send a representative, or have us send a detailed photo album for you to approve the quality and completeness of our work. The remaining amount of $16,500 plus applicable taxes will be due prior to shipping your Home.

Step 9

When your scheduled installation date arrives, our team will complete all aspects of preparation and installation and have your Home ready in as little as a week.

The final step involves the delivery and installation of your modular home at the designated site, completed with precision and care.

Step 10

Upon satisfactory completion of the installation, the quoted cost to install will be due prior to submission of final documents to the Authority Having Jurisdiction and subsequent approval of occupancy.
