Generate Specification and Design Documents. We create all detailed documents based on customer selections to guide the construction process.

Assemble Modular Floor Sections

We construct the floor sections and install necessary plumbing drains.

Install Framed and Insulated Wall and Roof Panels

Then we securely place and seal structural insulated panels to prepare for the walls and roof.

Layout and Framing Interior Walls

Arrange and construct interior walls according to the design plan.

Install and Seal Windows and Doors

Fit and seal windows and doors to ensure weather-tightness and insulation.

Utility Set-up

We carefully install Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Rough-ins. Laying the groundwork for essential systems within the structure.

Exterior Finishings

Complete Exterior Siding, Trim, Soffit, and Fixture Installations. Finish the outer aesthetic and functional elements of the home.

Interior Finishing

We apply final touches like drywall, paint, cabinets, flooring, doors, and trim.

Utility Quality Assuance

we test all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems, ensuring all systems are properly installed and functioning perfectly.

Appliances

Nearing the end of our process, we install Appliances and Window Coverings.
