  3. Concrete Foundation

    Ready the site for the concrete foundation, ensuring a solid base for the modular home.

  4. Drainage & Utilities

    Lay out and install essential drainage and utility services, followed by backfilling and grading the site in preparation for landscaping.

  5. Shelter Placement!

    Once your new Shelter arrives on site, we crane into place precisely positioned onto the foundation.

  6. Structural & Flashing

    Connect the home to essential services and conduct thorough testing of all systems and appliances for functionality.

  7. Connect & Test all Services

  8. Wayfinding

    Once your new shelter is in place and connected, we install Exterior Awning(s), Walkways, Patios, and Entry Steps.

  9. Final Inspections

    Last few steps include completing Final Building Permit Inspections and finishing all Paperwork.
